Our History
PMII was founded on April 17, 1960, in Surabaya as a student movement committed to Islamic values and national development. It has since grown to become one of Indonesia's largest and most influential student organizations.
Komisariat Ibnu Rusyd at Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang continues this legacy, nurturing young minds with Islamic principles while preparing them to face the challenges of modern society.
Named after the great Islamic philosopher Ibn Rushd (Averroes), our komisariat embodies the spirit of intellectual inquiry combined with deep spiritual devotion.
